This special Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has been matured in a combination of ex-oloroso Sherry and ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred to chestnut casks sourced from the Isére region in France.Launched in 2017, the Method and Madness range of whiskeys (and gin) aims push the boundaries of traditional spirit-making, combining both time-honored methods and daring approaches. The whiskeys feature a diverse selection of styles that showcase unique cask finishes, grain experimentation, and blending techniques.
