Single Malt Batch 4 from the Dingle Distillery in Co. Kerry. This whiskey has been carefully matured in a combination of of Bourbon, Port and Sherry casks, resulting in a full flavoured, balanced mix of vanilla, oak, dried fruit, apricot and sultanas. Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
