It has been fully matured in a 250 litre Pedro Ximinez Sherry cask and it's current bulk litre and strength is 'Regauge taken by Dingle Distillery on 16th July 2024 gives a vol of 215 bulk litres at 59.4% abv'. All bidders must read & agree to the terms & conditions from Dingle Distillery. This gives the option of remaining part of the Founding Father programme (with revised terms) or removing the cask from Dingle Distillery and moving (at your expense) to an alternative bonded warehouse. However, please read carefully so you can see associated charges with each option. We have duty paid for a 70cl sample from this cask prior to the regauge and potential buyers can purchase a sample for €10 (plus shipping if required).
