Produced from a blend of two single farms—Lakefield and Donoughmore—from the remainder of the Lohmar cuvée and a 225-litre cask from the Kilmeague farm that had been used for a Medoc grand cru, this micro-cuvée reveals exceptionally pure malted, mentholated, vanilla, fruity and spicy notes. Completely naturally, it also highlights the youthful and yet mature character of this outstanding Waterford. One of just 1000 bottles available.
