To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the re-birth of the Redbreast brand,master blender Billy Leighton and David McCabe have reimagined a historic redbreast. The 10 year old a traditional pot distilled whiskey matured in Oloroso sherry butts and distinctive qualities. This was exclusively released to the members of the Redbreast birdhouse. Its great to see the revival of a whiskey 50 years after it was last seen in the market.
