This whiskey has been matured in an ex-Sherry Butt and then finished in heavily charred virgin white oak casks. This heavily charring was fuelled by peat from Glengarriff.The Bog Oak Cask has been matured in an ex-Sherry Butt and then finished in heavily charred virgin white oak casks.
