A rare double-distilled Irish single malt, distilled in 1991 and initially matured in a refill bourbon barrel before being partly transferred in July 2015 to a resized solera Pedro Ximénez sherry cask for further maturation. Bottled in 2020, this unique expression combines classic bourbon softness with rich, sweet sherry influence, and with just 63 bottles released, it is an exceptionally scarce and collectible whiskey.
