Edradour distillery was established in 1825 and its name can be translated from Gaelic as “between two rivers”. It is the smallest distillery in Scotland and has one wash still and one spirit still. If the still were any smaller, they would be classified as portable stills. The distillery is currently owned by Signatory, independent bottler. Edradour 10 Year Un-chillfiltered Signatory is a part of the Un-chillfiltered collection, bottled of natural color, at 46% alc/vol. The Signatory company was founded in 1988. It is a family owned and managed company, being one of only three true independent bottlers.
