Hine Signature takes its name from founder Thomas Hine who left his native Dorest for France to learn the secrets of Congac making. Vintage casks are stored in cellars in seaside town of Bristol giving Hine a unique aging process due to the towns seaside air. This Fine Cognac bottled at a strength of 40% abv.
