A blended whiskey that is comprised of 75% grain and 25% malt, initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. Resulting in a full flavoured whiskey with notes of nuts, roasted malt and sweet undertones. West Cork Irish Stout Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is made from a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey. It is aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Black’s of Kinsale Stout which gives an aroma of chocolate, raisins and cracked nuts and a taste of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla.
