A partnership established over four years ago, where the rarest whiskey at the Midleton Distillery are hand chosen and bottled exclusively for Adare Manor, this release represents the second collaboration and one of the final Midleton Single Casks to be released and hand-signed under the watchful eye of departing Master Distiller, Brian Nation.Laid down in 1996, this second release is a single pot still whiskey, aged for 23 years and bottled at cask strength (52.5%).This one of Brian Nation’s final creations at the midleton Distillery.
