With the Temple bar seen as the tourist hub of dublin it only makes sense that they would have a Redbreast all sherry single cask. This whiskey was laid into single sherry cask #82861 on 15th November 1991 and left to age for 26 years. One of the older bottlings and as this series is coming to an end its unknown if we will see another like it.
