The highly anticipated third relase from the Brabazon series. This whiskey is a celebration of the old and the new. Teeling have produced Volume III with a family-owned winery in Jerez, who have specialised in the PX grape for over 300 years. They filled varietal PX casks, which have been used by the winery for almost 90 years with Teeling single malt. Aged for 14 years in a combination of ex- Bourbon casks followed by a finishing period of three years in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Limited to just 10,000 bottles. Teeling Whiskey and the Teeling Distillery are integral parts of Ireland's whiskey renaissance. Founded by the Teeling family in 2012, the distillery is located in the heart of Dublin, the first new distillery in the city in over 125 years. Teeling Whiskey stands out for its innovative approach to Irish whiskey production. The distillery prides itself on handcrafted, small-batch spirits that combine traditional methods with a contemporary twist. Of course, most of their older expressions are bottled from mature stock from other distilleries (such as Bushmills and Cooley), but we are also starting to see excellent releases from the Dublin distilled inventory.
