- Items cannot be stored with us for long-term storage.
- Storage is free for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, there is a daily charge of €2 per bottle.
Insurance (Optional)
- Insurance is available at checkout for a fee of 3% of the total value of all lots in your order.
- Insurance covers total breakage and loss only, but does not cover minor damage or leakage during transit.

While we strive to maintain excellent service, please note that there may be customs charges or seizures when sending alcohol overseas. Celtic Whiskey Shop Limited is not responsible for any extra customs charges or seizures and cannot offer compensation or refunds in such cases.

We label goods in a way that minimizes the possibility of charges or seizures, but in some cases, these may be unavoidable. If you have concerns about shipping to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates
Ireland – Flat rate of €9.95 for delivery anywhere on the island.
Shipping to the UK
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to Brexit, new duties/taxes are now applicable, payable to the courier before delivery is completed. If sending a gift, the recipient will likely need to pay an additional duty/tax/admin fee to UPS before receiving the order. We do not currently offer prepayment for these charges.
