The vines of Château Kirwan are still located exactly on the original land, when it was classified and cited at the top of the Médoc third growths in 1855. This is the second wine from Château Kirwan which was produced in 1933. Made with the same care as its predecessor, it comes from younger vines whose grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled vats in order to preserve the delicacy of the berries and the wine was aged in non-new oak barrels for a year. All this creates a fruity, supple and juicy nectar. Designed to keep for around ten years, it will work wonders with rare red meat par excellence.
