By their fifth release Dingle knew they had a sell out bottling in the bag. The fifth small batch single malt release to come from the Dingle Distillery which has been matured in ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Madeira casks. Distilled, matured and bottled at the Dingle Distillery. Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
