Celtic Cask Dó was initially matured in a 2nd fill Bourbon cask froms heavens hill distillery for ten years. This was then emptied into an Anima Negra Red wine cask from Mallorca for another year to be finished. Great notes of Turf Fires, Beeswax, Dried fruits and candy floss. With only 349 bottles of this in the world it is certainly an interesting whiskey.
