Lavery has also invested some of his growing fortune in the Crumlin Road Gaol, a Victorian era prison that housed paramilitary prisoners during the Troubles. He's turning it into a distillery. This whiskey is a bourbon-matured blend launched in 2013 and successfully made it to dry land.
