A set of single malt spirits that have been matured for at least one year in a bourbon, port or Olorosso cask and a new made spirit collected from the third and last still. They have come along way since this release so an Interesting way to see where they started with young spirit.This set has the 2 Dingle Glencairns and a water pippette. Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
