Old Hopking 1599 Gin is distilled in small batches in the presence of natural juniper and other citrus fruits to produce a gin of amazing flavour and aromas. Whilst the aroma is delicate, the flavour is more intense, full of juniper and lemon, with elderflower and sunflowers coming through in support. All these tastes work together so there is no sharpness or coarse side to this gin.
