The powerful Tohuwabohu from Germany is a cuvée vinified from the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties. In the Palatinate, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and marl. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery in the fastest way. Here you are selected and gently ground. Fermentation is then carried out in large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by ageing for a few months in French oak barrels.
