I don’t see Jameson coming out with a hexagonal bottle anytime soon but what a beaut this is. This was distilled in the late 1960s, following the amalgamation of Jameson, Powers and Cork Distillers to become the Irish Distillers group, which saw Jameson bottle their own whiskey for the first time. While thousands of distillerys to just three is hard to imagine and unfortunate, it did give us this unique bottling.
