A single malt Irish Whiskey distilled by Waterford. This whiskey was bottled as part of the Single Farm Origins Series. This is Lacken edition 1.1. Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2021 as a French Exclusive.The maturation lasted 3 years, 9 months and 20 days. The whiskey barrels are assembled on December 18, 2020 before being bottled in March 2021 ( 34% new barrels of American oak, 21% of French oak barrels, 28% of barrels of American virgin oak, 17% of barrels of natural sweet wine ) . 12,000 bottles were produced.
