This wheated bourbon was distilled in 1991 at the Stiltzel-Weller distillery, the one that brought us the famed Pappy Van Winkle. After spending 18 years in some of the final barrels filled at the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery before it closed in 1992, it was bottled at 94 proof for this very special Jefferson's series. The whiskey was distilled using the classic Weller wheat recipe.
