Released in 2016 to celebrate La Maison Du Whisky’s 60th year in operation. Aged exclusively in a single ex-sherry butt for 25 years. At it’s time of bottling, it was the oldest expression of Redbreast ever to be released. Despite a reasonable yield from the sherry butt, bottles were quickly picked up. This is one for the true Redbreast collector. Bottled at cask strength of 53%.
